You will work with our Spa Services Specialist for a ½ day identifying consumer trends, benchmarking and new product information. Discuss your current spa identity and how to upgrade your brand, products and service offerings.
SPA TRAINING & PROVIDER DEVELOPMENT
This full day training will create consistency and excellence in spa service delivey. The goal will be to have your technicians provide flawless services that include signature touches from your spa within the framework of your product line protocols.
SPA REPORTING
This ½ day training with our Operations Specialist will prove invaluable as you will walk away with how to analyze your spa retail and service sales and what reports are necessary to review on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. You will discuss inventory management, vendor tracking and establishing goals for your employees. This workshop is geared toward Spa Directors and Department Supervisors.
