This is a full-day workshop that is a facilitated meeting of senior staff to begin the planning process for the future of your club or spa. Includes an organizational assessment of all staff (done prior to the meeting) who respond to an anonymous survey on the alignment of corporate actions with your values, mission and strategy plus a review of your most recent P&L and business plans. We will focus on prioritizing where to focus your efforts for the greatest performance in the future and how to think outside the box to inspire creativity and innovation. Advance meetings and mailings are required for the organizational assessment & survey.
