HR Boot Camp Training for Managers
This is a 6 – 7 hour seminar which is broken into two sections: HR Essentials and Harassment Training for Managers. The goal for this course is to provide attendees with the basic knowledge of human resources necessary to fulfill their roles as managers. Managers will walk away with ready to use tools that they can implement immediately to assist them in their day-to-day duties.
HR Essentials - This well-rounded course teaches participants the “essentials” of HR; touching upon major employment laws and best HR practices. Attendees will gain a solid understanding of:

Harassment Prevention Training –This portion of HR Boot Camp teaches managers about federal laws regarding harassment in the workplace, preventative measures to be taken to avoid harassment, how to report a claim of harassment, what to expect from a harassment investigation, how to handle a harassment situation if it should occur and procedures for victims of harassment.
Participants will walk away with the tools to train their employees on harassment. And, will also have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibility at preventing and handling harassment in the workplace.
Providing training of this nature is critical in communicating/enforcing and defending company policy on harassment.
Applicant Verification Report
Using the name, address, date of birth and social security number supplied by your applicant, the Applicant Verification Report helps you verify the accuracy of the information and identify potential fraud. The Applicant Verification Report contains:
- Applicant input information (name, address, date of birth, SSN)
- Applicant data that can be verified
- Applicant data that cannot be verified
- Date range and location of SSN issuance
- Notification if the input SSN is associated with a deceased person
- Other names associated with the applicant and the input SSN
- Applicant’s address history (including county of residence)
National Criminal Database Report
The National Criminal Database Report searches criminal conviction, arrest, sexual offender registry and Department of Corrections records from across the United States (state laws apply) and provides information on any matches to your applicant that are found. The National Criminal Report contains:
- Source/type of record (e.g., state court/Department of Corrections, county court, etc)
- Offense description
- Various dates (e.g., offense, conviction, prison admission, and release)
- Additional identifying information (e.g., height, weight, race, hair and eye color)
- Case reference codes for further research
- Over one million photos from Department of Corrections records and Sexual Offender Registries
Nationwide Court Searches
Court Searches will enable you to obtain criminal histories for your potential employee. These searches entail having researchers dispatched to the court to retrieve the most current information. Prices may vary depending on court fees.
Bankruptcy Report
The Bankruptcy Reports locates individually and jointly filed bankruptcies nationwide in a daily updated database. If a bankruptcy is located, this report will contain information such as:
- Case number
- Filing number
- Chapter filed
- Court location
- Disposition date (if available)
- Disposition (if available)
Credit Report (provided by Experian)
The Credit Report will give valuable insight into a potential employees’ credit background with 17 significant calculations, public record information and consumer tradelines.
Education Verification Report
Education verification specialists will contact the school or university your applicant attended and verify their education.
