 Suzanne Berthay has over 20 years of experience in Human Resource management. Currently, Suzanne is the President of HR Pro Shop, a consulting firm dedicated exclusively to providing HR services to the fitness industry.
Suzanne gained her knowledge and expertise in the industry from her tenure as the Human Resources Director for Gold's Gym International from 2000 to 2005. During these 5 years, she was responsible for establishing a sound, compliant HR infrastructure to accommodate a very aggressive growth strategy.
In March 2005, Suzanne formed the HR Pro Shop to provide individual club owners and operators with quality HR solutions and services that were proven so successful at a large gym chain. The HR Pro Shop has quickly grown and established itself with an excellent reputation of providing knowledgeable advice and easy-to-implement solutions to over 75+ locations across the country.
