Phil has 23 years of experience in marketing, first as president and founder of a marketing and advertising agency serving the healthcare, fitness, and leisure industries. Most recently, he has led an integrated brand consultancy. In that role, he has been responsible for naming, positioning and branding of dozens of consumer, business-to-business, and technology companies.

Notably, Mr. Bonomo worked with Stonewater Spas, a national consolidation of day spas to create their brand and execute their strategic marketing program.

Mr. Bonomo has also served on the management team of Health Development Corporation, a collection of upscale health and fitness facilities and was instrumental in the sale of that organization to Town Sports International, one of the nation's leading fitness club operators.

An accomplished creative director, copywriter and strategist, Mr. Bonomo provides a comprehensive range of advertising, marketing and communications programs to the club and spa industries. Each program is developed to meet the market needs of the client company and designed to provide clear, creative, and effective brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation to drive success.
