Greg Hagin is the co-founder of LH Connects, the online resource that bridges the gap between buyers and vendors for the spa industry. Greg’s hospitality career started in 1987 in restaurant management, and in 1990 he was accepted into the Masters Program for Hospitality Management at Cornell University. Since then, he has focused on the rapidly growing spa segment of the hospitality industry, incorporating his Masters Thesis and over 17 years of spa operations experience. Greg’s professional career has included executive positions at several Destination, Hotel, and Resort spas, a top spa product company, as well as spa development and operations consulting.

Greg has served as Vice President of Resort & Spa Division, for EuropeLab, Inc., distributors of Physiodermie and Activa Derme skin and body care products; Director of Accounts for Natural Resources Spa Consulting; Spa Director at Napa Valley’s prestigious Silverado Resort; General Manager of Coolfont Resort and Spa in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, and General Manager at New Age Health Spa, a destination spa in Sullivan County, New York. Greg has consulted for many spa owners and developers, including the Avalon Spa and Fitness Center in Portland, Oregon, a top boutique hotel and member of Small Luxury Hotels of America.

Greg is a member of the Cornell Hotel Society, and has a long involvement in ISPA (International Spa Association, having served as Treasurer on its Board of Directors and as Education Committee Chair. He is a frequent lecturer on spas and spa operations at industry events and other related venues, and an editorial contributor to Pulse, Skin Inc., Spa Management Journal and other leading trade publications.
